Terms and Conditions – Rules and Policies of 136bt

By accessing the platform 136bt, clicking "Sign Up," or making any deposit, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms and Conditions and with the Privacy Policy and with all other specific policies published on the platform, including bonus rules, the VIP Program, and Responsible Gambling.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the User) and 136bt. The User must be an individual, at least 18 years of age, with the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law. Legal entities may not open accounts on the platform in a company's name.

To create an account at 136bt, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

136bt may request additional identity verification documents at any time — such as a national ID, driver's license, or proof of address. Refusing to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, including the withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Each individual may hold one active account only on the 136bt platform. Duplicate accounts identified by the system — whether by CPF, IP address, phone number, email address, or payment method — will be closed. The balance in the duplicate account may be retained and any bets placed from it voided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. • Your password must be at least 8 characters long, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited.

• 136bt is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access where the user failed to take reasonable security precautions.

The 136bt accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods, available in the "Deposit" section of your account:

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum of R$ 10.00.
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day. Minimum of R$ 20.00.
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Minimum of R$ 10.00.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant. Minimum R$ 10.00.
• TED bank transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions. Minimum R$ 50.00.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. 136bt does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transfers.

Withdrawals at 136bt are processed exclusively via Pix to the Pix key registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The standard processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, subject to identity verification being complete.

To request the first withdrawal, the user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) by submitting a copy of a photo ID (national ID or driver's license) and a recent proof of address. This verification is a one-time process and is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the CPF of the account holder.
• Gold and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing — typically under 2 minutes.

• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, 136bt reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount.
• Bets placed on events that have already started but whose status has not yet been updated by the system are subject to cancellation.
• Live bets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. The odds locked in at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• In the event of a draw in Moneyline markets where a draw is not an available option, the sport-specific rules apply as described on the event page.

136bt uses automated systems to detect suspicious betting patterns. Accounts identified with consistent arbitrage behavior, exploitation of odds errors, or other forms of abuse may have their betting limits reduced or their accounts closed.

• VIP Points are earned for every R$ 10.00 wagered, with varying rates by betting category.
• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday for bets placed during the previous week.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable between accounts.
• 136bt reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program progression criteria and benefits with 15 days' prior notice.
• Accounts under investigation or suspension will have VIP point accumulation paused.

• 136bt does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability — scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents the user from cashing out in crash games, the platform will apply the configured auto cashout or, if none is set, take the measures specified in the rules of the relevant game.
